Junior Program Application & Registration

Use the On-line Registration options below to register for Pass Academy Junior Programs.

All students NEW to Pass Academy, ages 7 and older, MUST SCHEDULE a free EVALUATION with our tennis staff PRIOR to a Fall/Winter/Spring application submission.

Pass Academy

Students are accepted on a first come / first serve basis.  Classes can fill up quickly.  If a specific program is already filled by our deadline, we apologize in advance.

Please fill out & submit the on-line registration form.  We accept credit cards.

Missed classes can be made up in the same season via our Makeup Sign-Up Sheet.

No make up sessions from previous semesters are allowed.  No refunds will be given for missed classes.

Cancel prior to 1st class: pay for 1 class.  Cancel after 1st class: pay for 1 class plus $75 replacement fee. Cancel after 2nd class: pay for 2 classes plus $100 replacement fee.  No refunds after 3rd week.  Medical reasons will be accepted with a doctor’s note.
